Effective way to solve the problem as I faced

Hi girls and boys!! What's up? I'm coming again and again. Don't you feel bored with my writting? Iyalah kan, i frequently write and share the same stories/topics, siapa yang tak fed-up kan? Don't you, don't you??? Anyways, today is fifth Ramadan and this is mean five days we've been fasting. OMG! The times past by very fast. Thanks God because i'm still alive and live in your such beautiful world. I enjoy the world very well. And i'm very grateful for the things which God gave today :')






Today, i'm kinda lazy to do anything at all (excluding puasa) (JANGAN JADI PEMALAS CEK MEK MOLEK OIII). I woke up on 3.20 w.i.b untuk bersahur. Suasana bersahur semalam like usual, nothing changed. Makan lauk-pauk yang ala kadar sahaja as i'm not a choosy type. I felt i was the busiest girl today, mana tidaknya from the morning i was in school, i was told to do this, do that, go there, go here. For me, the instructions given to me is a simple work but because of i'm in no mood to do any activity, then all the work can't be done properly. I'm sorry Ibu' Guru sayang.





I notice there's a change on myself. I lost a lot of energy until i felt very weak and so much freaking hard to carry out any activity. How it could happen to me whereas i always take care of my health in various ways. But fortunately, i can survive myself until the time of breaking fast.






If i'm very good in health, i'll do anything i want eventhough i know it's hard, it takes long times (including makan). But if i sick, i'm really apathetic to do anything  -,-






I'm pretty sure everybody might face the same problem as mine before this and how could you handle the matter? Could we sharing opinion together?





Appropriate ways to overcome these matters (who knows the ways might be effective to you guys)






1. Have to drink plenty of warm water regularly!!!




2. Makan makanan yang berkhasiat (say NO to junk food/fast food).




3.Get very enough sleep. Do not sleep late every night. Jangan contohi sikap brothers yang suka begadang (tidur lewat malam) 




4.Don't sleep many times, if not, you'll feel very tired to do anything at the same time.




5. Don't often exposed to hot weather (sometimes, we need to be in air-conditioner room to cool our body).




6. Minum air limau nipis/jus oren. FYI, makan limau dapat menyegarkan badan dan mengurangkan keletihan.




7. Mandi dengan air panas. Somebody said, kalau berendam atau mandi dengan air panas, pengaliran darah dalam badan akan jadi lancar dan sempurna.




8.Banyakkan minum 100PLUS (i drink this whenever i feel 'DOWN' in any case)




9. Makan benda yang masam seperti rojak buah/jeruk, surely a few minutes after that you all tak akan rasa letih, sakit tubuh badan, urat sendi and so on.




10.Jangan amalkan tidur di sofa <---- sorry, i do the same mistakes as you guys do! Sudah terhantuk, baru nak tergadah! Serve you right, Arisha





P/S: Most of people said Jus Kurma pun menyumbang tenaga serta-merta kepada si pemakan (IF YOU SICK). When the body feels fresh and energetic, it stops us overeating atau mengikut nafsu..(Arisha pun sering minum Jus Kurma kalau musim sakit and finally it brings to positive condition) (tak percaya, cobalah)

  10. yang no 1 susah kot..waktu berbuka jep ada 3-4 jenis air. semua air y berais..hehhe..

  27. Awal-awal puasa memang berat, harus bangun subuh-subuh kurang minum jadi bikin lemes, apalagi seminggu pertama berat banget, aku juga lemesss selemess nya hahahaa...
    tapi kalo aku yang penting semangat hahahaaa

  29. Sis Audrey: Nope, last time i'd got headache and fever. it made me felt very uncomfortable with my condition :(
    and the pictures when i'd been hospitalized was last year picture..i got high fever..so poor of me. huhu.
